MAIN DUTIES :

Working in collaboration with the lifeguard, you will help to maintain a climate of safety, by supervising users of the Mont Blanc Adrenalin Zone. In short, you'll :

  • Prohibit access to the lake and beach when it is impossible to ensure the safety of bathers (e.g. thunderstorms).
  • Promote water safety to customers (use of life jackets)

The Operations Manager occupies a central position within the company. He/she works closely with the management of the various sectors. His/her primary mission is to ensure the effective and efficient operation and development of Ski Saint-Bruno, in order to offer visitors an exceptional guest experience. He/she acts as an intermediary and interface between the teams he/she leads and general management. He/she has a strategic vision and controls the operational side of the mountain, while ensuring sound management of his/her team's human resources.

Your daily routine :            

  • In collaboration with his/her supervisory team, plan, organize, coordinate and direct mountain operations: trails, grooming, snowmaking, lifts, RFID system, mechanics, site and building maintenance, construction, etc.

MAIN DUTIES :

You maintain a climate of safety, supervising users of the Mont Blanc Mbpark Zone. You provide first aid and help bathers in difficulty if necessary. In short, you'll :

  • Promote and ensure the highest level of safety for customers and staff on water sports and cable park/wakeboard courses
  • Assist customers and participants in difficulty and provide first aid
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations.
  • Supervise the Wibit water course supervisory team.
  • Inspect equipment for conformity and take appropriate corrective action
  • Prohibit access to the lake and beach when it is impossible to ensure the safety of bathers (e.g. thunderstorms).
  • Participate in rescue training and education in collaboration with the patrol and risk management department.
  • Maintain the urban beach, assist other departments as needed and all other related tasks

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • You hold a professional lifeguard certificate
  • You care about working safely
  • You must be available for most of the duration of the job.
  • You are known for your independence, resourcefulness and initiative.
  • You are bilingual (an asset)
