Support for online ticket purchases
First time buyer
1. Create your profile by clicking on the login icon in the top right-hand corner. Then click on registration. The password must contain at least 1 number, 1 uppercase letter and at least 8 characters.
IF YOU ARE BUYING FOR SEVERAL PEOPLE
Create profiles for your family members by clicking on My family
2. Once all the profiles have been created, select the product you want.
3. Next, select the quantity of tickets according to age.
Some products require you to select a visit date.
*If you receive an error 505, this means that the selected product is no longer available.
WHEN ALL ITEMS ARE IN THE BASKET
4. Be sure to select a password holder for each product in the shopping cart.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN RFID CARD
5. Be sure to select First purchase (no WTP).
Some products do not require an RFID card to be printed. In these cases, you can skip this step.
PLEASE NOTE THAT A 5$ FEE IS REQUIRED FOR MONT BLANC CARD PRINTING
This card can be recharged in both summer and winter. Re-use the card on your next visit to avoid this charge.
6. Once the transaction has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, the transaction has failed.

7. Take your e-mail receipt to the automatic ticket-printing machines.
8. Scan the QR code on your receipt, and you'll receive your rechargeable Mont Blanc card for your next visit.

2. Make sure there are no items in your shopping cart before logging in.
3. Select the products you want.
4. Next, select the quantity of tickets according to age.
