Booking and payment :

• A minimum of 8 people is required to reserve the Birthday Party Package.
• A deposit of [insert deposit amount] is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation and refunds :

• Life jackets will be provided and must be worn by all participants on WIBIT games.
• Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

Food and dietary requirements :

• No alcoholic beverages are allowed on site.
• The package includes a meal of pizza, French fries and drinks for all guests.
• Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or special requests, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
• Dessert, or birthday cake, is not included in the package. It's up to you to find your own.

Party Supplies and Decorations :

• Additional decorations or personalized party supplies are permitted, but please consult our staff in advance to ensure you comply with safety and facility guidelines.

Responsibility :

• Zone MbPark is not responsible for injuries, accidents or loss of personal belongings during the party.
• Participants and their tutors are responsible for their own well-being and personal belongings.

Code of Conduct :

• All guests must respect the facilities, staff and other visitors to the MbPark Zone.
• Any untoward or inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion from the premises without refund.

• In the event of adverse weather conditions, such as heavy rain or hazardous conditions, MbPark Zone reserves the right to modify or postpone the birthday party.
• If the birthday party cannot take place due to rain, we will propose alternative options, such as rescheduling the party to a later date convenient to all parties involved.
• Participants will be informed as soon as possible of any changes due to weather conditions and alternative arrangements will be discussed.
