The Ideal Pass is valid from Monday to Friday, with some restrictions during the season. Consult the calendar here.

To qualify as a "family", you must register a minimum of 2 people living at the same address, including at least one adult (18-59). Proof of age will be required when you pick up your membership. 

Frequently asked questions COVID-19

From November 10, 2021, you can activate your pass at the ticket office. Consult opening hours here customer service counters. 

Yes, your subscription purchase is refundable if you have not used it. Please complete the refund form before November 28, 2021. 

Yes, all subscriptions have been deactivated, even those purchased online by top-up. You will need to verify your vaccination passport and identity card, once only, at the ticket office on your first visit. Your pass will be unblocked, and you'll be able to ski all season without having to go through the lift verification process again. That said, to access certain chalet services you'll need to show your vaccination passport. 

No, since the government's announcements on December 30, 2021, all food courts will have to be closed. 

Yes, except in covered areas such as marquees, containers, shelters, etc.
