Season passes are personal and non‑transferable. The reference age is determined at the time of purchase. The replacement cost for a lost pass is $4.35 + taxes. The season pass card may not be lent, sold, or reproduced. Any fraud will result in the immediate revocation of the pass and may lead to legal action. Every pass issued must be accompanied by a complete and compliant profile of the pass holder, including a clear photo of the holder and all personal information required by the resort.
The practice of sliding sports involves inherent risks that common sense and caution can help reduce. Your pass is issued on the condition that you agree to respect the Mountain Code of Conduct at all times, as well as all rules and signage posted or otherwise indicated by the resort, and to respect others. This is your responsibility. The undersigned acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with sliding sports and assumes full responsibility for any material or bodily damage resulting from these risks or dangers. The undersigned of this season pass agreement agrees to: (1) elect domicile in Québec, which will be the jurisdiction for any claim, and (2) accept that the laws of Québec shall apply. Family: Two or more people living at the same address, with proof of residence. At least one adult is required.
