Ski MontBlanc is looking for Lift Operators to ensure the smooth running of our lifts and magic carpets, and to guarantee skiers' safety and comfort. As a Lift Operator, you'll be a direct point of contact with visitors and play a crucial role in their mountain experience.
Responsibilities :
- Greet skiers and other users at the lift boarding point.
- Supervise the safe embarkation and disembarkation of passengers.
- Monitor and control equipment operation, including safety checks.
- Handle emergencies and unscheduled shutdowns, ensuring clear communication with the rest of the team.
- Provide information to customers about lift operations and safety rules.
- Carry out regular lift inspections and report any anomalies or faults to the maintenance department.
- Participate in light maintenance and daily checks, as well as ensuring the cleanliness of loading and unloading areas.
- Follow strict safety protocols at all times.

- Ability to work days and some evenings on a rotating schedule (end 8:30 pm)

Snowmaking attendant - Winter season

Ski Mont Blanc is looking for Snowmaking Attendants to ensure the production and maintenance of artificial (manufactured) snow on the slopes, guaranteeing an optimal skiing experience for our customers. Be part of a team essential to the success of our winter season!
Responsibilities :
- Ensure the smooth operation of snowmaking systems (snow guns, compressors, pumps, etc.).
- Monitor weather conditions, adjust equipment accordingly.
- Move and reposition snow cannons on slopes as needed.
- Make regular rounds in the field to inspect the quality of the snow produced.
- Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on snowmaking equipment.
- Communicate with other teams (groomers, lift personnel, etc.) to coordinate operations.
- Working outdoors, sometimes in difficult weather conditions (cold, wind, snow, darkness).
Requirements:
- Ability to work day or night
- Good physical condition (ability to lift loads and walk on inclined terrain).
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems (an asset).
- Previous experience in snowmaking or a similar role in an outdoor environment (an asset).
- Ability to work in a team with good energy and respect for safety standards.
- Autonomous, observant and able to solve problems quickly.
- Ability to drive a snowmobile and/or quad in mountainous terrain (experience a big plus, training provided)

With a summer offering including the MbPark Zone and its mountain bike, giant water games, wakeboarding and O'Bayou resto-bar.
