Working in a natural environment, the Housekeeping Team Leader supervises and coordinates cleaning and maintenance activities within the hotel and associated buildings. He/she is responsible for managing the cleaning team, ensuring quality of service and compliance with hygiene, safety and customer comfort standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervision of cleaning team :
    • Distribute daily tasks according to priorities and traffic.
    • Train and support staff in good cleaning and maintenance practices.
  • Quality and standards management :
    • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of rooms and common areas.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in accordance with internal protocols.
    • Carry out regular checks to verify the quality of the work performed.
  • Inventory and supply management :
    • Monitor stocks of cleaning products and materials.
    • Place orders and manage maintenance and cleaning budgets.
    • Check and maintain equipment.
  • Planning and schedule management :
    • Draw up work schedules in line with plant requirements.
    • Organize the team's working hours to ensure optimum coverage of peak periods.
  • Collaboration with other departments:
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure coordinated operations.
  • Continuous improvement :
    • Identify and propose solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of maintenance services.

Under the supervision of the store manager, your main responsibilities will include :

  • Welcoming customers and offering personalized advice

  • Carry out sales transactions at the cash register

  • Keep the store clean, tidy and attractive

  • Participate in setting up displays, receiving merchandise and labeling

  • Listen to customers' needs and recommend appropriate products (clothing, accessories, etc.).

  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and the overall smooth running of the store


Profile required

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • You have an advanced level of mountain biking (able to ride black trails with ease).
  • You have a good sense of priorities, initiative and resourcefulness.
  • You are in good physical condition

  • You have ATV riding experience (an asset)

As a Bicycle Technicianyou will be responsible for :

  • Maintain, adjust and repair rental bikes (downhill, enduro, etc.).

  • Prepare equipment for customers (helmets, protective gear, bikes, etc.)

  • Welcome visitors, answer their questions and advise them on suitable equipment

  • Monitor inventory of parts and equipment

  • Work with the park team to ensure a safe and enjoyable customer experience

  • Help set up and close down the site at the beginning and end of the season


Profile required

  • Knowledge of bicycle mechanics (especially mountain bikes)

  • Professional attitude, interpersonal skills and sense of customer service

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good physical condition and interest in the outdoors

MontBlanc Bike Park is looking for 3 trail maintenance workers to complete its team. The ideal candidate has experience in building and maintaining bike trails, and is committed to a job well done.

Are you passionate about mountain biking and dream of participating in trail development and construction? Then you're the candidate we're looking for!

MAIN TASKS

- Shaping and sculpting technical elements (banked turns, jumps, working with rock, etc.).

- General mountain bike trail construction and maintenance tasks (pruning, scraping, drainage, compaction, pruning shears).

- Building bridges, footbridges, wooden structures.

- Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment.

- Maintain inventory of material resources.

- Keep workshops/trailers clean and tidy.

- Assist in the application of safety rules on the mountain;

Qualifications :

- You are at least 16 years old. You like working in a team.

- You're versatile, have initiative and are reliable.

- You're good-natured, resourceful, punctual and self-reliant.

- You enjoy working outdoors, whatever the weather, and you're in good physical shape.

- You hold a valid Class 5 driver's license, a means of getting around the workplace;

- Basic mechanical skills (chainsaw, ATV, etc.) ;
