MEDICAL ISSUES

• Mont Blanc reserves the right to refuse any request.
• An administration fee of $29 plus tax per membership will apply.
• For all requests related to season passes, you should write to info@skimontblanc.com.
• Requests must be accompanied by medical evidence which will be submitted to management for approval.
• Refund in the form of credit (see Mont Blanc credit details) or season transfer (according to conditions below)
• Mont Blanc management reserves the right to change the policy, rules, conditions and fees without prior notice.

Conditions for approval of an application :

• If the request is related to an inability to practice snowsports and with medical proof.
• An administration fee of $29 + tax per subscription is applicable.
• A season pass transfer may be granted if the pass has not been used and if the request is made before the start of the season.
• Mont Blanc Credit Details;
  Prior to the opening 100% + admin fee (29$ per pass)
  Before Dec. 25 80% + admin fee (29$ per pass)
  Before Jan. 15 30% + admin fee (29$ per pass)
  After Jan. 15 No refund

No refund, total or partial, of products or services purchased by the holder, nor any compensation for any prejudice or inconvenience whatsoever, shall be admissible against the resort in connection with the fact that the resort cannot operate its facilities or offer all its services at full capacity, including but not limited to, weather conditions snow conditions, ridership, lack of personnel, absence of personnel, health conditions, power failure, governmental order limiting operations or any other cause preventing the resort from operating all of its lifts and/or making all of its facilities available to the holder.
