Press release on the acquisition of Ski Mont Blanc by Groupe Forman Saint-Faustin-Lac-Carré, Tuesday, October 5, 2021.
Retroactive to September 12, 2021, Groupe Forman announces the acquisition of Ski Mont Blanc located at 1006 Rt. 117 Saint-Faustin, Quebec, Canada J0T 1J2 and over 112 million square feet of surrounding land. Mont Blanc, as it is today, was born of a dream, that of a visionary; Phillip Robinson, that of his family and that of the passionate employees who together have transformed the mountain over the years to always offer customers the best possible experience. Today, Phillip Robinson's dream lives on. The Robinson family, after more than 50 years at the helm of the mountain's developments and progress, is holding out the torch. This torch is being handed over in complete confidence to a team with heart and soul, a team of experienced and passionate people working in the real estate and other fields. Groupe Forman would like to reassure you that the Mont Blanc family as you know it, made up of its most loyal members and employees, remains. The essence of Mont Blanc, the aspiration that has carried Le Mont Blanc through the years, Mr. Robinson's ambition perseveres.
